Midwest Dueling Pianos
Pricing depends on the details of the event rather than a single one-size-fits-all rate. The fastest way to receive an accurate quote is to share the date, city, venue, event type, audience size, schedule, and entertainment format you are considering.
Availability, travel distance, routing, lodging, and the time of year can affect the final quote.
The classic two-player dueling piano show, an added drummer, or a full band each have different personnel and production requirements.
Venue-provided sound and lighting, load-in conditions, stage needs, and outdoor requirements can affect planning and cost.
You do not need to know every technical detail before contacting us. Send what you know and we will help fill in the rest.

Why pricing is customized. Dueling piano events are not interchangeable. The date, city, travel, lineup, production package, performance length, schedule, venue, and audience size all affect the quote.
For the most useful response, include your event date, city and venue, event type, expected attendance, preferred format, desired performance schedule, any production already available at the venue, and whether the date is flexible. If you are unsure about the format, that is completely fine. We can recommend the strongest fit after reviewing the event.
