Adam Nelson of Midwest Dueling Pianos

Adam Nelson

Adam A Nelson has a song for every genre and decade of popular music. Some have even called him “The Swiss Army Knife of Dueling Pianos”, among many other less-savory distinctions. Combine this with a total lack of shame, and you’ve got someone willing to sing out of their range, tell the cringy joke, play the guilty-pleasure, drink the horrible shot, and generally play the fool if it will turn a room of strangers into a party of old friends.

Robert Bozaich

Originally from St. Louis, MO, Robert has performed as a solo and dueling piano player entertaining audiences across the country with extended stints in Chicago, Minneapolis, and Michigan.

Growing up, Robert performed in choir and band in school and church, and in his early teens discovered his love for playing and singing popular songs at the piano.

Performing in musical theater and opera during college expanded his skill set and this experience shows in his performances.

Robert loves singing classic songs that make people feel good and sing along!

Josh Sharrard of Midwest Dueling Pianos

Josh Sharrard

Josh Sharrard is from Bay City, Michigan and has been a performer since early childhood. At age 21 he got his start in dueling pianos in Chicago. At age 23 he moved to New Orleans where he spent 5 years performing at various establishments on Bourbon Street.

Now based in Bay City, MI once again, he enjoys performing all over the Midwest and beyond, while also playing the occasional hometown show.

The Audience

Our third partner. The audience brings the requests, singing, clapping, dancing, and surprises that make every performance different.

Midwest Dueling Pianos Players

A great dueling piano entertainer needs more than a long song list. The job requires musical range, strong vocals, comedy timing, audience awareness, improvisation, and the ability to work professionally with planners and venues.

Our team performs in different combinations depending on event location, format, availability, and the sound you want. Some events use the classic two-player show. Others add drums, bass, or a larger lineup for more dance-floor energy.

Built Around the Event

We match performers and show format to the event rather than treating every booking exactly the same. Individual player profiles and approved bios can be expanded here as the roster is finalized.
